Bill has over 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry across a wide range of functional disciplines and markets. Throughout his award-winning career, Bill consistently built and sustained high-performance teams while developing others to their highest potential. Bill is a partner with Key Associates and serves as an executive coach in the areas of leadership and sales. He is also President of Eiger Leadership, a consulting firm that specializes in Talent Assessment, Leadership Training and Executive Coaching.
Throughout his career, Bill demonstrated a consistent ability to transform teams from low to high performance by developing an approach to business that included clarity of purpose, measurement and results while fostering a culture of dignity, integrity and respect for customers and colleagues. Key positions held by Bill include Vice President of National Accounts for Roche and Vice President of Metabolic Franchise Sales for Genentech as well as Corporate Office, Roche USA. He holds a BS in Biology from the University of Toledo and attended the MBA Program at Baker University, where he served as class President. His continuing education has included certificate programs at The London Business School and Columbia University as well as in-residence postgraduate courses at The University of Michigan and The University of California, Los Angeles.
Bill’s leadership is also seen in the community, where he serves on the University of Tampa College of Business Advisory Board and as Florida Chair of the Society of International Business Fellows. He has previously served on the College of Pharmacy Deans Advisory Board at the University of Toledo and is a member of their Presidents Club. In addition he has had a long-term relationship as a pro-bono consultant to Feeding America and was recently asked to join the Board of Directors for the St Petersburg Free Clinic.
He is a strategic partner of 360 Solutions, a worldwide leadership training company, as well as Profiles International, a global leader in talent assessment.
