With over 20 years of experience, Lewis Key has worked in several major companies and as a consultant. He has a strong track record in administration, leadership development, customer service and sales where he delighted customers, provided training and coached others to be their personal best at work.
Lewis worked with Lanier Business Products for 10 years in sales and was promoted to sales manager. He conducted extensive training and coaching for the sales force and was named sales manager of the year for the company. Lewis was promoted to District Manager where he was in charge of sales, service and customer satisfaction. Lewis led his team to be among the highest-performing districts in the state. They served many clients including state and local government in Florida.
Lewis has served as a consultant to the insurance and printing industries. Some of his clients have included: Hillsborough County Firefighters, Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority, City of Casselberry, Time Warner, Watson Clinic LLP and FCCI Insurance Corp. He has extensive experience with marketing and implementing employee benefits for companies and has also marketed for Professional Employer Organizations.
Lewis has provided training to diverse groups. He was part of a team that delivered customer service and influencing skills to KinderCare Corporation nationally. Lewis received evaluations in the top 10% as a trainer. He also delivers Performance Leadership©. Lewis graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration.
